How to Exchange an Item?

You've received your order but want to change the size, color, style, etc.?

Items purchased online can be returned by mail.

You need to mail or return the unwanted item to the store to receive a refund.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition, resalable, and have their original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Gift Registration Returns

The return period for Gift Registration items is calculated from the event date:

If the item was purchased before the event date, you can exchange or return it within 60 days of the event date with your receipt.

If the item was purchased after the event date, you can exchange or return it within 60 days of the purchase date with your receipt.

Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) Returns

When you purchase an item with a Buy One Get One Free offer, the discount on the lowest-priced item will be applied proportionally to each eligible item. If any item needs to be returned, the refund amount will be equal to the original price of the item minus the corresponding discount.

How to Return Items?

Return by Mail

Star Rewards members enjoy free returns. Non-members will be charged $9.99 for return shipping, plus applicable taxes, which will be deducted from your refund.

Only items purchased online can be returned by mail.

Please only place the items listed on the return label into the corresponding boxes. If you have multiple return labels, please place the items in separate boxes and affix the correct return label to each box to ensure you receive your refund promptly. It may take up to 7 business days to process your refund after our returns processing center receives your return.

In areas where scheduled pickup service is available, a pickup fee will apply.

What happens after a return?

We will refund your payment to your account within 10 business days of receiving your return. Account updates may take a few days.

For items purchased using multiple payment methods, your credit card account will receive a refund of the original payment amount. The remaining amount may be issued as a return card or gift certificate, mailed to your billing address in approximately 2-4 weeks.

Refunds to third-party credit/debit cards may require an additional 5-7 days of processing time, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
